We’re so glad that you could be here! You’re on your way to a new world of discovery, but you’re probably still hoping for a little bit of help to get you feeling more comfortable and confident.

My goal with this web site is to direct you to some information and learning activities that can help you in a variety of ways: to help you get better at using computers, find information in library catalogs, databases, and on the internet, learn how to set up a free e-mail account, and gain confidence with using computers in general.

By using the tabs at the top of the page, you can move to pages with information on a variety of topics. Plus, because of the way this site is set up, you can comment on your experience here, to let me know right away if something is working for you, or if something is not working. If you need help finding a specific web site, book, or magazine article, or if you want to know more about our classes, please call the Fort Vancouver Regional Library information line at 360 695-1522, or come in to one of our branches and talk to a librarian!
